Terms and Conditions

1. Conclusion of contract

A binding rental agreement is concluded when we accept your online booking or telephone (informal) or written (informal) booking and inform you of this by sending you a booking confirmation.

2. Rental property, services, prices

The Altstadtloft is located at Breite Str. 23, 14513 Teltow and covers 64 m². It includes a living and sleeping area, an open-plan fitted kitchen, and a bathroom.

The rental price includes rent, energy costs, and waste disposal. Towels and bed linen are provided once. The property may not be occupied by more than two people, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Arrival and departure

Arrival is possible from 4:00 p.m. Please clarify earlier arrival times with us in advance. If you plan to arrive after 8:00 p.m., please be sure to contact us in advance. Departure must take place by 11:00 a.m. Before departure, cutlery and dishes must be cleaned and trash must be disposed of in the designated containers in the utility room. The accommodation must be left in a clean (swept) and proper condition.

4. Rental price and payment

The total rental price is due at the time of booking. Payment can be made by credit card or SEPA direct debit.

5. Use of the apartment

Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is not permitted in the accommodation. Out of consideration for other guests' allergies, pets are also not allowed. Parties or events with more than two guests are also not permitted.

6. Internet use

Wi-Fi is provided free of charge. Access may not be used for illegal purposes.

7. Liability

The tenant is liable for the proper treatment of the rented accommodation and for any damage, excessive soiling, or lost keys caused by them or their fellow travelers or guests. Any damage, excessive soiling, or lost keys must be reported and settled immediately.
If the landlord discovers damage, excessive soiling, or lost keys caused by the tenant after the tenant's departure, the resulting claims will be charged to the tenant retrospectively.

The landlord is not liable for loss or damage to items that the tenant has brought into the rental property. Nor is he liable for damage to vehicles.

9. Force majeure & termination of the rental agreement

The landlord is not liable for the consequences of force majeure (e.g., orders and travel restrictions imposed by authorities, natural disasters, pandemics, power outages, road closures, traffic jams, fires, terrorist attacks, or political crises). In the event of force majeure, the landlord reserves the right to cancel the booking. In this case, the tenants will receive a full refund or, if mutually possible, the option to postpone their stay.

10. Severability clause

Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remainder of the contract shall remain unaffected.

11. Place of jurisdiction

This contract is subject to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Potsdam, Germany.

Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen (AGB)

1. Vertragsabschluss

Ein verbindlicher Mietvertrag kommt zustande, indem wir Ihre Internet-Buchung oder telefonische (formlos) oder schriftliche (formlos) Buchung annehmen und Sie hierüber durch die Übersendung einer Buchungsbestätigung informieren.

2. Mietgegenstand, Leistungen, Preise

Das Altstadtloft befindet sich in der Breite Str. 23, 14513 Teltow und umfasst 64 m². Es beinhaltet einen Wohn- und Schlafbereich, eine offene Einbauküche sowie ein Badezimmer.

Im Mietpreis enthalten sind die Miete, Energiekosten und Müllentsorgung. Handtücher und Bettwäsche werden einmalig gestellt. Das Objekt darf nicht von mehr als zwei Personen bewohnt werden, sofern schriftlich anderweitig nichts vereinbart wurde.

3. An- und Abreise

Die Anreise ist ab 16:00 Uhr möglich. Frühere Anreisetermine bitte vorab mit uns klären. Im Falle einer Anreise nach 20 Uhr sollten Sie unbedingt vorher mit uns Kontakt aufnehmen. Die Abreise hat bis 11 Uhr zu erfolgen. Vor Abreise müssen Besteck & Geschirr gereinigt und der Müll in die dafür vorgesehenen Container im Hauswirtschaftsraum entsorgt werden. Die Unterkunft ist in sauberem (besenreinen) und ordnungsgemäßen Zustand zu hinterlassen.

4. Mietpreis und Zahlung

Der gesamte Mietpreis ist zum Zeitpunkt der Buchung fällig. Die Zahlung kann per Kreditkarte oder SEPA Lastschriftverfahren erfolgen.

5. Nutzung der Wohnung

Rauchen (auch E-Zigaretten) ist in der Unterkunft nicht gestattet. Aus Rücksicht auf die Allergien anderer Gäste ist das Mitbringen von Haustieren ebenfalls untersagt. Partys oder Veranstaltungen mit mehr als zwei Gästen sind ebenfalls nicht gestattet.

6. Internetnutzung

WLAN wird kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt. Der Zugang darf nicht für illegale Zwecke genutzt werden.

7. Haftung

Der Mieter haftet für eine ordentliche Behandlung der gemieteten Unterkunft und für eventuell von ihm oder Mitreisenden oder Gästen verursachte Schäden, übermäßige Verschmutzungen oder verlorene Schlüssel. Entstandene Schäden, übermäßige Verschmutzungen oder verlorene Schlüssel sind unverzüglich zu melden und zu regulieren.
Stellt der Vermieter erst nach Abreise des Mieters von ihm verursachte Schäden, übermäßige Verschmutzungen oder verlorene Schlüssel fest, werden die daraus entstehenden Ansprüche dem Mieter nachträglich in Rechnung gestellt.

Der Vermieter haftet nicht für Verlust oder Beschädigung von Sachen, die der Mieter in das Mietobjekt eingebracht hat. Auch haftet er nicht für Fahrzeugbeschädigungen.

9. Höhere Gewalt & Auflösung des Mietvertrages

Der Vermieter haftet nicht für die Folgen höherer Gewalt (z. B. Anordnungen und Reisebeschränkungen von Behörden, Naturkatastrophen, Pandemien, Stromausfälle, Straßensperungen, Stau, Feuer, Terroranschläge oder politische Krisen). Im Falle höherer Gewalt behält sich der Vermieter das Recht vor, die Buchung zu stornieren. In diesem Fall erhalten die Mieter eine vollständige Rückerstattung oder, soweit beiderseitig möglich, die Möglichkeit, den Aufenthalt zu verschieben.

10. Salvatorische Klausel

Sollten einzelne Bestimmungen unwirksam sein, bleibt die Gültigkeit des übrigen Vertrages unberührt.

11. Gerichtsstand

Dieser Vertrag unterliegt dem Recht der Bundesrepublik Deutschland. Ausschließlicher Gerichtsstand ist Potsdam.
